Hi guys, long time no post.
Btw, how are all of you? Are you guys improving?
Hmm, just to let you guys know, my school has a thing called "recovery food".
we would take turns to buy la.
After training, we will eat healthy food.
eg. bread(pandan,chocolate,banana) & Fruits.
No junk foods would be allowed! You can try this, maybe it might be better for you guys.
Just to let Aerina & Insyirah know! :)
