Update of East Zone Netball competition - Senior Girls
Team Hildan (Senior) played their first game today at CHIJ Katong against Coral Primary.
The team did well today. During the first quarter, Team Hildan took a comfortable 11 -1 lead. In the second quarter, the coach rested few of the 1st team players. They managed to add on to the goal tally and lead 17-2 at half time. In the 3rd quarter, the coach (Ms Ng) made few changes and this time, Team Hildan lead their opponent by 23- 2. And by the final whistle, Team hildan cruised to a 33-4 win over Coral Primary. Their next game will be against Meridian on 25th March. Keep the spirit burning Team Hildan!

EAST ZONE NETBALL TOURNAMENT
The junior girls played their first game yesterday against Coral Primary.
Team Hildan won 30 - 3 against their opponent.
Eventhough Team Hildan won, the girls performed below par. They
did not manage to perform well as compared to the time when they had their friendlies
during the camp. The first quarter, the team went ahead 9 -1. During the second quarter the score was 17 -1. The girls were still not performing as they were trying hard to get their rythm
right. In the 3rd quarter, the girls went ahead scoring 23 -3 and in the 4th quarter, they were up by 30 -3. Hope that the team could move up a gear and get back to the standard that they are
capable of.
Today, the Senior team is playing their first game. May the team perform as well as they did last year.

Hey, I found a picture of last year's p6 team. They were in P4 then. Very cute rite?
International Inter-school Netball competition
Our P5 team 26 game unbeaten run ended today. They played against the PLMGS senior team. Their game was tied at 7 - 7 at half time but succumbed to a 10 -15 loss in the end. Overall, the girls performed well today not forgetting they were up against a P6 team which was more experienced and taller.
Next Game: P5 SHPS Vs P5 IJ OLN. ( Should be interesting as IJ OLN wins the North Zone yearly. It will be a good game to gauge where our P5 stands among the elite.)
